What we collect
When you contact us through this site we receive the details you type into the form: your name, email address, and anything you tell us about your project. We do not use analytics cookies or advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if the conversation continues, to run the project with you. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone outside the studio and the consultants working on your project.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after twelve months. Project correspondence is kept for the life of the building's statutory record, which in most jurisdictions is between six and fifteen years.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by writing to hello@arcsmith.studio. We will respond within thirty days.
